Buggy, Laggy and Long Wait times! Telecons feature bugs out and lags, but provider won't refund any payment already made. This means you will wait double or triple the wait time during telecons because you will keep getting shifted to the back of the queue, and you lose whatever money you paid for the consult as well. Waste of time and money! Change to Doctor Anywhere for better reliability. I have even emailed in, but they consistently ignore me. Highly unprofessional. Borderline scamming.

This app not really useful. The queuing system is not reliable. I saw the app showing 123 and the queue at the clinic is already 132 which is my number. The app didn't even show any notification. Really sucky. Please improve the responsiveness of the app or teach the staff at the clinic on how to use the app effectively.

What a frustrating experience. Booked telemedicine for almost 1hr of waiting, app crashed, rebooked and wait another 1hr. Total of 2hrs wasted time with no doctor. Aside, you can't use other app while waiting for the doctor coz if you did, you will go offline in the system. So need to always open the app. Cheap service.

Worst app and worst service of this hospital, as a primary care plan holder I have ordered medicine for fever, and I'm suffering cold and flu, coughing, instead of fast delivery 🚚 the medicine I ordered they said you have ordered out of our delivery zone, so you have to collect your self or please cancel the order they said to me...MOM SHOULD KNOW THIS...
