I like the app but one thing I would like to have is when on location to be able to show all or selected watches on the same map. Also when clicking on a watch in the location menu I would like it to have an option to open Google Maps automatically to show directions on how to get to that location.

Have had it for just under a week for my 11 year old, moved from a nut tag watch which I still have it for my 8-year-old but might convert & purchase another pix bee pro, very easy to set up & app works perfectly so far 🤞 Only thing is it's a little slower to update location compared to the nut tag watch... but in the end I can still call & video chat perfectly 😊

App keeps crashing on both my partner and my phone. Unable to use the chat feature at all

App does not show location, voice call does not work... neither can my son hear me nor I can hear him. Location doesn't not alert when the child goes off geo fence, I get notification middle of the night that my son left the geo fence, no support, would give it -100 if I could. Total waste of money. Keeps saying g my son is off-line when. I have the phone app and watch next to each other and turned on with all the necessary connections and updates.

The app needs an entire update. So many glitches within the app, the notification side of things is terrible. When my son calls me we have "unstable connection" I can barely hear him. On video call I can see him but his watch shows lines... pix bee needs to step up their game. As this is a safety watch for us parents and the main things we purchased this watch for don't even work properly...
