Challenging but could use some polishing. Add the ability to choose the type of work-outs ie legs, abs, core. Add some balance board excerises. I like the board and the app has a lot of potential

Good for ab/core workout. Fun games, I wish there were more. One thing, please move the reset button on challenges. I'm tired of going back to day 1 bc I bumped it! Fun games help you focus to get time in planking.

Payment required for certain games, even if you buy the plank pad. It really helps me to plank more, this should have been a 5-star review. Until I saw that some games are paid, very akin to microtransactions. You pay for the plank, the least you can do is deliver a code for access to the 'premium' games. I wanted to support the company by buying it instead of making it myself and using the app for free. But clearly it's not appreciated, and you're better off making it yourself 😅.

Will often state the app is not synched with the board after starting a game. Using a 3rd party balance board, note 20 Ultra.
