This is a scam please do not book any service. I booked a health checkup for my laptop, the technician without even visiting and checking the laptop closed the ticket. He asked me to raise another ticket and pay for windows installation. Extremely rude behavior and no customer support.

A bunch of cheats and scammers the customer support guy gives a low quotation then when the repair guy comes to check the laptop he gives a high price for the repairs I mean what else can you expect from an app that was just launched to steal money from others

Absolutely pathetic service. I booked the service 3 days in advance for a next-day visit, yet the technician still has no clarity on whether he will even turn up. His rude and careless attitude makes it worse. What is the point of booking in advance if customers have to keep chasing the technician? Worst of all, there is no option to cancel even when the promised service is not provided. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. Think twice before using this service.
