Good app but prices are sometimes cheaper on the website but not on the app. Sometimes difficult to accept postcode...as whole, good place to buy budget phones.

Very difficult to buy on the app. The postcode added the wrong address area which could not be edited. An extra item added to check out could not be deleted (I had to delete the whole order and start again). A simple process took a lot longer than needed. Someone needs to redesign the order procedure.

Just put everything in the main Xiaomi Mi Store app. What's the point of this one? The only exclusive Poco phone it's got is the ME Pro which is basically just the Redmi Note 10 5G

Worst app ever. To enter a delivery address is impossible with the restrictions on number of characters and the town Vs postcode combination can't change. Pressing "account" goes nowhere. Useless app! I gave up trying to buy something after an hour of trying so hard in the address section, don't waste your time!
