By far one of the worst places to pre-order a funko pop. Pre-order took months, was one of the first people to place an order on the funko pop and was told that they didn't order enough and was refunded my money. I believe since the funko pop went up in value over those months they decided to refund me my money and sell the funko pop to someone else at their new higher price. Will never order from them again.

I ordered some pops back in September 2021, and they're order status has never changed from processing. I've contacted support and all they tell me is to wait and not give me any details on what's going on with my order. Edit: the pop has fianly arrived 01/09/2022 a year later, and it is extremely damaged the packaging was minimal no bubble wrap just a flimsy cardboard box
