With full honesty, this app both helped and made journal ling A LOT easier. As now, I do not have to always go looking for journal ling prompts on pint rest and what not. It gets the job done, and that's about it, pretty much bare minimum (ofc with a paywall around pretty basic tools). The design is really boring and very lackluster, and the icon itself isn't exactly the most relaxing 😂 overall, you would be better off making a physical INSP board, buying a promote journal book or listening in to some podcasts with similar topics 4/10
