This app has the test built in already, so I can record my heart rate while supine and then standing at one minute, three, five, and ten minutes. I also use the salt and fluid tracker because I have ADHD and will absolutely forget to drink for hours otherwise. The pre-syncope log is a separate field, which anyone with POTS will appreciate because there's a real difference between thinking you might pass out and knowing you will in eight seconds.
