Thank you for your response. However, the issue still exists. For the last 3 months, the Self Reading option appears only after the meter reader has already recorded the reading. This month, the meter reading was taken on 14 July, while the Self Reading option appeared on 15 July. If the reading is already recorded, the Self Reading feature has no purpose. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Dear Support Team, I have been using this app for 1 year to upload my meter readings. Last month, on the 4th date, I tried to upload my reading early in the morning before the meter reader arrived. Still, the app blocked me and showed this exact error: "Your meter reading date has passed. You did not upload the pictures of your meter readings." What is this issue in the app? Please check what the problem is and resolve this error as soon as possible. Thanks.

Meter reading photo is submitted correctly but after one minute msg appears that your submitted photo is not correct. I submitted ten times but every time same error

What does it mean when you keep asking me to email my reference number and issue details? I've been reporting the same issue for the past 4 months. My self-reading is submitted successfully without any errors, but my bill still shows the meter reader's image, even though they visit much later. It feels like you don't want to resolve this issue. Please stop sending the same replies and fix the problem.
