App slow to load As per the other comments, the app roughly takes 10 seconds to open. If this login process can be sped up then it would be a must have.

Worst app I've ever used. Slow to connect on the rare instances that it is able to connect. "Session terminated by server" is a constant roadblock to the system. The app has rendered my expensive Wi-Fi enabled alarm system useless!!! Notifications has been enabled but I receive none unless I am connected to the system...but I am unable to connect!!!

The app is ussless. Take a lot of time to connect. Can't support multiple users (2). Don't get real time notifications unless you are connected and with application open. Doesn't remember the access code. The only good thing is that you can arm the sistem from distance if you forget.
