Description
The free MATRIX PowerWatch app is designed to work with your MATRIX PowerWatch and PowerWatchX.
The MATRIX PowerWatch is the world’s first smartwatch that you don't have to charge.
Powered by your body heat, it measures calories burned, activity level, and sleep using our advanced thermoelectric technology. It is the only smartwatch to feature a power meter which displays how much electrical power you are generating.
The app wirelessly syncs with your PowerWatch and shows you how many calories you've burned, steps you've taken, distance you've traveled and whether you're getting a good night's rest. It will even show you how much electric power you've produced during the day and weekly trends.
The PowerWatchX adds additional capabilities including data sync initiated from the application dashboard with a simple screen pull down motion, watch alerts for incoming calls and text messages along with an associated vibration and three separate activity goals.

★★★★★
At first, my Powerwatch X would not link properly to the app. It would always show on the app as 40% less than what was on my watch. However, after about three days of randomly syncing the app to my watch, it is now "caught up" and seems to be working in tandem. I also noticed since I have installed the app it has been updated a couple of times. This is very encouraging. My last smartwatch I owned for about a year and a half. The app it was linked to was never updated.
★★★★★
Basic smartwatch app but does well what it offers. Initially, I had issues with pairing the phone and the watch but with the help of costumer service now it works well. No issues ever since. Syncing goes also easily.

Absolutely works with Galaxy S8+ and first Gen Black Ops. Easy sync. Just swipe phone screen with watch screen in Mobile. Need to sync on Sunday morning to avoid Monday zero Wipeout of weekly data
★★☆☆☆
The watch is unable to sync without using a workaround (Language settings > Save). Customer support advised me to do a factory reset; effectively deleting all the data I want to sync in the first place. And even when it does sync, the data is all wrong (4000+ steps when I was in bed all day). Also, the app only shows data from two weeks ago, trying to go beyond that results to a server error. So without the ability to view the data in the cloud, trying to sync is even more useless.

I love the concept and the product. I have the powerwatch X. Unfortunately I can't pair it with the app for months. Tried multiple reset, complete discharge.. Multiple android devices and i only managed with an iOS. Maybe Bluetooth permissions?
★★☆☆☆
App Crashes whenever i try to pair my Powerwatch X making the watch basically useless cant even use it as a clock unless it pairs with phone.
