It's just a question, so you mean this exercise is for pregnant women baa 😠 mchteeeeeeeew, if you are a pregnant woman looking out for exercise to help you stay strong, don't come here wasting your time and money, this is no pregnancy exercise rubbish

Worst app, and also it's not free they are asking 299rs for workout and also videos are not available it's directing to YouTube for videos so in 30sec break in between exercises you have to watch 2-5min video for any exercise

If you exercised pre-pregnancy, this app is probably great. But the beginner workouts on here are a joke. More like intermediate workouts & definitely not 2nd trimester friendly. I'll continue my search for a prenatal beginner workout
