Promising app... the only thing is when you order a ride on the app, the driver normally doesn't let you know he's there. Also, knowing what I'm paying beforehand is helpful.

Do not care about customers! I asked for the taxi through the app and the driver picked up a different person. When I asked him, Martino Perez, if he was the driver I called from prestige he looked at me and said no! Then drove off with the other customers. I called dispatch to complain, on Saturday, and was told to call on Tuesday that there is nothing they can do. They said they would send a taxi and they did not. Then I tried to get one through the app again and was blocked because the app marked me as picked up. Frustrating & done.

Ordered a cab on the app is display $10 for a 5-min ride the cab driver Ignore my directions got lost 2x and told me it was 13 then overcharged me I showed him the price on the app n he said it's wrong I called the base the lady hung up on me 2x and then told me the price was display wrong she wouldn't transfer me to a manager and kept hanging up on me, I gave the driver a 20, and he refused to give me the rest of my change back total robbery do not use this app they will lie about the price and not give u ur change
