YOUR PERSONAL GUIDE TO GOOD CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH – SIMPLE, COMPREHENSIVE AND MEDICALLY RELIABLE. The Preventicus Heartbeats app measures your heart rhythm via your smartphone and helps you to identify and manage cardiovascular risks at an early stage. This certified medical device reliably detects signs of cardiac arrhythmias – such as atrial fibrillation – particularly when used regularly, with the aim of preventing stroke and dementia, amongst other things. If any abnormalities are detected, the ECG-comparable analyses can be quality-checked at the Telecare Centre (included in the Value Package), thereby supporting a follow-up consultation with a doctor.
COMPREHENSIVE 360° HEALTH ASSESSMENT The 360° Health Compass included in the Value Package also provides a comprehensive overview of your well-being and potential emerging lifestyle risks relating to cardiovascular health, mental health, metabolism and mobility. This is achieved through targeted questionnaires, simple tests and advanced digital biomarkers derived from measurements taken via a smartphone camera. Subsequently, consistent, personalised recommendations tailored to everyday life help you maintain and improve your personal health and risk profile.
WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR? The product is aimed at health-conscious and proactive individuals, particularly those of middle age and above, but especially those with or recovering from pre-existing conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (stroke, heart attack, coronary heart disease) and sleep apnoea. It is also suitable for those with increased risks, for example due to being overweight or nicotine or alcohol consumption.

INTENDED PURPOSE The Preventicus Heartbeats app is used to detect cardiac arrhythmias in the form of a suspected diagnosis, and to determine and characterise heart rate. The following cardiac arrhythmias can be detected: absolute arrhythmia with suspected atrial fibrillation, extrasystoles and irregular heartbeats, heart rate with signs of bradycardia and tachycardia. The result obtained is only a possible suspicion (“suspected diagnosis”), not a diagnosis in the medical sense. The results obtained are for information purposes only and under no circumstances a substitute for personal diagnosis, advice, care or treatment from a medical or medically trained professional.

Detects accurately ectopic heartbeat and BPM. It's a high quality medical application and this is what I was looking for in the pool of useless apps here. I absolutely recommend it to all people who have some concerns about their heartbeat. It's a great starting point before visiting cardiologist.

Great app, very accurate - I've been having ectopic (skipped) heartbeats recently and wanted a way to monitor them to see if caused by stress or fatigue. The app report accurately showed the ectopic as I felt them and using the app I was able to test my heart before and after a relaxation meditation, and the irregular beats had gone from 2 per minute to 4 over 5 minutes - a demonstrable improvement which has really helped to reassure me. Paid for the full version will be most useful!

Despite having a good signal on my phone, I often don't get a result after the extensive reading and also the one-minute reading. I sit still and accurately cover the red circle, making sure that my finger is not touching the flashlight. Also, recently after paying for a full month's subscription, I didn't get the full month but just 3 to 3 and a half weeks 😡 Also very erratic heart rates showing sometimes and I are sitting completely still. Example, 74 bpm 55 bpm 82 bpm all within 5 seconds.

The free version asks you to get the paid version to get your results and then the 30 minutes trial gave me just 1 reading, the other ones had poor signal. Waste a time, don't pay for this.
