Finally, the prisma APP lets you transmit your data as needed to your doctor or device dealer. You can also view your therapy data from the previous night on your Wear OS smartwatches.
Additionally, with prisma APP you can control your device remotely and adjust comfort settings of your device just from the bedside.*

I like the app, as it provides an easy way to see how my sleep was in the last night(s). However, since a few days I need to reconnect/repair my phone with the device each morning. I hope this can be fixed in some way soon.

Why on earth would I want to know how many apnea the apparatus has missed? The more missed the less inclined I am to wear it? Why am I not allowed to see how many apnea I had? That at last would be interesting information, but no! Whose health is it? That of Löwenstein or mine? Clients must be thought quite stupid by this company... I really see no need for an app at all with the data that is shared with me. "All" the information could simply be shown in the apparatus's display.

Very limited data available, and I'm not convinced it's accurate. For example, it says I have no mask leaks when I know for a fact I've had several because they've woken me up! Poor (no) communication from customer service when emailed for support. It's a shame, as their competitor Resmed have an excellent app, so it's clearly possible. However, it does accurately tell me how long I've used the machine each night, and I can control said machine from my phone, which is useful.

I require AHI Results and Central Apnea results. I cannot get the Central Apnea results from this App. I use the lowenstein prisma smart machine. I feel that I have purchased the wrong machine for the results that I require and my Vendor so far has not been very helpful on this issue. Respectfully Brian R Cumming

I have been using my device for a while now, and it's just disconnected from app and will not reconnect I've turned Bluetooth on/off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing
