Had 2:successful calls, but today's was stuck on connecting screen for the whole 45 minutes. It's just not good enough. Nothing g wrong with my Internet. Looking at the reviews I'm not the only one this has happened to. It's very upsetting and if it doesn't work properly then they should create something that is reliable-this isn't. Not good enough. We not in some developing country or the middle of nowhere-supposed to be Great Britain-well it's as bad as other countries with poor services

This spp is useless cant seem to get support from help team sll they say is It's nothing to do with us check with prison when I try and book a call thr only message I get is no call slot data available Dorset matter what date I select this is for the whole of this month up until 3rd of April try to ring helpline Can't UNDER6 WHY YOU ADVERTISE HELP NUMBER noone seems able to answer the phone to deal with the problem when i email answer seem to eventually disappear PLEASE ANSWER PHONE I BEG YOU
