I had issues with the app claiming it had no internet connectivity when I updated it in place. In my case I cleared the app cache, Uninstalled the app completely, installed it again, logged using a mobile browser (may or may not be necessary) and all works as intended now. While you are at it, you should review and update your login password just to be safe.

Improved over the last year though still has some performance reliability issues from time to time, mainly is startup. Not multi-accounts access friendly. I would like to see that improved; the ability to log in with fingerprint to more than one account such as business and personal for example. It is currant a bit clunky. Overall, pretty good for the average user!

This is the worst banking app. Merge they said....it will be great they said. Hardly. Have yet to get this app to function. Will not allow me to sign in. good luck ya'll.

Bugs are not fixed in a timely manner. A week with the app crashing and no response from support.

App constantly breaks, slow e-transfers, and sometimes it just won't ever open, it flashes the screen for half a second then closes itself, until you uninstall and reinstall again. You're a multi-million dollar bank, pay your IT is like you are FFS
