Would love to give this app 5 stars, but improvements are needed. Firstly some areas do not have any parking spaces. For example, Jurong East Mrt Station, West gate, and Jem shopping malls barely have parking spaces making it inconvenient to go to such places using a shared bicycle. Secondly, some of the older bicycles are in poor condition, they have very rigid steering and cannot be locked due to mechanical fault. Please replace these faulty bikes with new Any wheel bicycle. Much appreciated.🙏

The bikes are excellent quality I trust it to ride near the roads Ect. The places to return the bikes are at almost every bus stop, so it's super convenient the price isn't that cheap but overall satisfactory

Whatsapp customer service is very slow and does not reply. I msgd them n number of times but no reply. Pathetic. I am a tourist & have only esim with no sms feature & app has no option tourist to register. Waste of developers with no brains.

I will NEVER be using Any wheel again Today on 29 May 2026, I got charged a $5 indiscriminate parking fee after 1) their system locked the bike 2) gave recurrently contradictory GPS signals on the nearest bike stop 3) forced me to physically carry it to a distant hidden "parking spot" 4) slapped the $5 "indiscriminate parking fee" on AFTER the bike was in the correct parking location The system is designed from the ground up to extract $5 "penalty fees" and shift blame to the customer.

Pathetic app & concept. Cycle has to be parked in parking only which is vry far from places to visit & not reachable also. I wasted my huge money on this to find parking. App team pls see almaty cycles available. They hv electric cycles n cheaper than you and u can park it anywhere on cycle track, no need parking. This made my daily travel to any shop, attraction, anything effortless. you are just making people tired. I was fed up walking whole day n then cycling by legs. Both r same tiring.
