⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First Time Experience with Any Wheel Gear Series This was my first time using the Any Wheel Gear Series, and I had a great experience. The gear was in good condition, easy to use, and the rental process was smooth and convenient. It made my trip much more enjoyable. I hope Any Wheel can add more Gear Series units at the Soon Lee and Joo Koon locations, as they would be very useful for people in this area. Looking forward to seeing more availability soon. Would love to have some relocation of the bikes regularly, there are always bikes piling up at specific destination but none at my office. e.g., Sathorn road in the evening - no bike to rent only at MRT Lunphinee which it doesn't fulfill the objective to have people ride them to get to metro.

It is a scam. Many bikes are unable to be locked. And when I can't lock the bike because of their faulty locks, they suspend my account when it is their OWN FAULT for having lousy bikes that can't be locked

This app is horrible I parked my bike at the designated place right next to the qr code however the app said not in the radius.so I posted a picture and reported it thinking they would understand as it is the bikes fault. But instead they charged me 5 dollars for it which doesn't make sense as I didn't do anything wrong but im getting fined

Condescending, AI slop customer service. Auto-renew bike pass cannot be transferred to Thailand, yet I can't cancel my SG pass because the interface changed to Thailand's the moment I landed in BKK for 2 months. As such, I was charged 2 months worth of bike pass in sg I couldn't use in thailand. Sent email for help, no response. The moment you remove agency from your customer, trust is broken, especially in these tumultuous times when scams abound. Any wheel? Anyhow....
