Would love to have some relocation of the bikes regularly, there are always bikes piling up at specific destination but none at my office. e.g., Sathorn road in the evening - no bike to rent only at MRT Lunphinee which it doesn't fulfill the objective to have people ride them to get to metro.

Any wheel bike is easy to use 🚲 especially the new bike with phone holder and auto lock system. And more importantly, the officer is so patient and help to solve my problem regarding with lock/scan code error. And No parking 🅿️ error. I am loyal customer and will keep using the any wheel. This app is horrible I parked my bike at the designated place right next to the qr code however the app said not in the radius.so I posted a picture and reported it thinking they would understand as it is the bikes fault. But instead they charged me 5 dollars for it which doesn't make sense as I didn't do anything wrong but im getting fined

It was fine until ytd, I parked at a totally ok zone with the app saying that we have cleared the trip. Suddenly we received notification of indiscriminate parking when we have left far away. Now my app is locked for a mth. Wth.

It's so stupid how there's a min top up and if u only use it a few times the money just sits and rot in your account and there's no way to get it back. How is it making the app any better? Money sucking leeches. isn't it better to give people the freedom to top up the amount they need and then cash out the unused leftovers? That way ppl r more willingly to rent the bicycle. Besides the majority of the bicycles r in such bad condition I can't rent them even if I want to. Customer service is so bad too.
