The passes are worth it. Can probably save quite alot of money if u use any wheel alot. I had not a single problem with the app so far, and it is amazing. Best bicycle rental company ever. The bikes are also most of the time in good condition and I like how when the bike is under maintenance they do not let us rent it for our safety.

Very poor application. Not showing the parking places. Very few parking places in the service area. Completely useless except if you want to walk!

Absolutely terrible experience. They allowed two of us to create accounts and pay using the same phone # (travelling, so only one turned on for texts) and then only allowed one account to rent a bike at a time because we were using same #. How about not allowing two accounts with same # at the start? Well then they couldn't take our money. Also be very careful because they default to a recurring payment every week even if you're signing up for a one-day option. Scammers all around. 🙄

Parked properly at Gardens by the Bay at 7:29pm but there was no floor QR code, so I had to appeal. Followed all steps and submitted 3 photos via the app. App showed $0 fee, so I left, but 2 hours later at 9:32pm I got SMS saying appeal failed because "could not identify device number" and will be charged $5. How is that possible when there is the correct device ID in the same SMS? Worst part is photos taken in the Any wheel app don't save to phone, so now I have no evidence and can't re-appeal.
