Bikes are functional and pricing is fair. App BLOWS, though! Not only will it sometimes not recognize valid parking QR codes, its image upload functionality always magically stops working when users wish to lodge appeals (for which images are REQUIRED). My advice to users: top up the bare minimum amount each time and don't let Any wheel be the next rug-pull bike-sharing app.

Get fined total combined S$28 in 2 days, when already locked the bike and showing trip ended but end up the ride still going until the next day. Any wheel getting the worst day by day. Now I want to get my S$28 money back, I can't even emailed them
