95% of the time this app won't open. Another 3%of the time it opens but with the circle of death, only the remaining 1-2% of the time does it actually let me in to see my progress. I have an open IS ticket with Providence. It is frustrating to try and get in for important onboarding information but not be able to.

Very buggy. Downloaded fine. Crashes every time it tries to open. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice and tried using different browsers. Cleared my cache and still received multiple error messages. Contacted Providence help desk as recommended, and they were unable to resolve the issue. Instructed to wait until my start date. 🙄

Downloaded on phone just fine. Wouldn't let me log un though. Took me back to the main screen after putting in the verification code. Had to put it on my mom's phone to get on it. Turned out to be useless. Just told me when I had to be there on my first day, everything else was taken care of.
