This app has been great! Our employer announced we would be using a new reward program app and at first I was thinking it was going to be another employee program that we didn't really use, but it is amazing! It is very easy to use and the rewards are awesome! I literally earn prizes from photo sessions, to gift cards and one coworker even won AirPods! Just for having this app at work. Honestly if you don't have this app at work you should tell your boss because you are really missing out!

Brilliant concept and roll-out. Easy to navigate and update keeping valuable points for a very broad spectrum of valuable prizes from top outlets. Avoiding workplace distractions has inherent benefits, but Prize rewards leaves no excuse not to secure your electronics while working. BONUS. Customer service is human, efficient, and delightful.

I redeem a playstation gift card, and it was supposed to be sent in around 5 days, and I still haven't received it, I tried getting in contact with customer service, no answer, I feel ripped off. I would like to add, that the supposed support, hasn't replied to my email and I just saw that my redeem gift card, was erased from the app, like I haven't even redeemed it, so again I feel ripped off, didn't get the help nor my gift card, also my company is still subscribed, so it's not about subscription.

Had prizes on here that were really worth collecting points for. I started collecting points for a PS4 which was only available for a very short amount of time, little did I know, I must add, and all of a sudden all the game consoles that you could win just up and vanished, and when I asked what happened, they told me to save points until the prizes recycle back through. Well it's been two months already, and when I ask about it, they either don't respond or don't know. Very disappointing.
