Some users who say they don't receive OTP doesn't read the instruction on SMS people you need to reply from PS Bank SMS you just have to type 'YES' from that specific SMS. 3 Anyway 5-star ratings from me

I have not been able to use this app for months now. I can't even open the app. Trying to transfer via online banking but is not requiring me to update the app to verify via biometrics.... but the app is already updated.

I really appreciate the great service that Philippine Savings Bank provides, but I’m currently having trouble with the PS Bank Mobile Banking App because no matter how I try logging in, it won’t let me access my account. I hope this issue can be fixed soon.

You can log in and check your account, but to do transaction nah! OTP just left you waiting, doesn't arrive (my comment on 10/13/2022). Forward to 09/24/2026 - Tried using it again after 4 yrs. Apps keep crashing. Lol! No improvement, got worse. What is the Dev doing??? Reason Why I am not using this anymore and might close my account and transfer it now to other competitors. Lol
