I never thought I'd be an "app" person for something this serious & vital. But after sometime spent with PTSD C.E.2, I must say I am now! This is an amazing app with an abundance of resources & helpful tools & materials! It can be used for multiple diagnose as well. I love the tools it offers & gives us to use to just step back, regroup ourselves, reset our thinking & feelings & work through anything. This is absolutely a great tool for PTSD a/o mental health. Don't hesitate, I promise it's great!
