Overall, a great app. For ease-of-use (particularly by my 92-year-old mother) having a toggle to switch on hands-free by default for all calls received and placed (at More > Settings > Calls) would be a great improvement

Every client we have says that this and its sister app, CallSwitchOne is awful, useless rubbish and that it is the worst thing about the phone system. Bluetooth, Call Quality, Call Management... We resell this product and have been asking for improvement for the last 3 years. We refuse to push any more licenses to clients whilst until it works (for obvious reasons) and if we request support, we're told we don't sell enough licenses to class our complaints as important. Work that out.

Disconnects from my Bluetooth hearing aids when a call connects (this only started in the May 19th update, was fine before) when another caller rings when I'm in a call it cuts off the current caller, not good. I'll change my review when the app is fixed. For a business user at the moment it's not good!

Steer clear of Air Landline. This app always cuts out when I am on a call and another call comes through. Very frustrating and creates a poor customer service experience. Support are not useful either.
