I hesitated reviewing when Q-See relaunched as I suspected there would some growing pains both with the cameras and the app. I wanted to give them a chance. One thing I really missed was being able to record video footage from the app. Part of being away from home is needing to being able to both view AND record. Finally, this feature has come to the app. Now when I go away from home I know that I can keep footage. A few more tweaks might improve stars

The app won't work with the old products. The customer service will give you support and ask you to purchase new products. We just need the app, which should be good for new or old cameras. All cameras are still working except your app. Don't give customers BS your server, your hardware, blah blah blah. We just need a working APP.

Have older qsee products. Qsee dropped its customers like Quezon. Just like Quezon which was netgear, now arlo. Sell sell sell. Then made we'll last too long and decided oops need a way to make. Our old customers buy something. Let's change by rebranding. Basically bankruptcy then bankruptcy for clients. Buy other brands. Blink, top link
