★★★★★ Great experience, great app App looks great and the UI is fantastic. Vending is super easy, just hover over the NFC area and the machine does the rest! Convenient and easy to use - 5 stars!
★★★★★ Vending machine not online Shit app,. Works randomly when it feels like. Edit. Excellent customer service. Refunded me promptly after machine wasn't working and offered extra credit. Give the thing some time and when it works it should be great!
★★☆☆☆ Hassle to use Definitely not quick. You first have to sign up and then top it up.. Why not just let you add a debit/credit card? At least that way you spend an exact amount of money, rather than having unused money left in the app.
★★☆☆☆ Hmm I can't seem to top up. The button on the app to top up doesn't work when I touch it. The enter personal details one does work. Not much use if I can't top up...
★★☆☆☆ $10 wasted. Please issue a refund. I'm at a site which is listed as being supported by this app. Topped up $10, however, there's no way to pay using my credit - there's a scan option, but there is no QR code on the vending machine. My phone has NFC, but tapping it on the machine has no effect. Basically there's no means to pay using this app.
