Résa’Tao est une application « tout en un » vous permettant de rechercher, réserver, modifier ou annuler vos transports à la demande sur l’ensemble des zones de TAD d’Orléans Métropole.

Résa’Tao est un service de transport en commun souple, dynamique et personnalisé. Il vous permet de vous déplacer d’un point d’arrêt à un autre au sein de la zone de transport définie et de vous rabattre sur l’un des points d’arrêts à l’extérieur des zones.

Ce service de transport est accessible uniquement sur réservation. L’application, simple et ergonomique vous permet de réserver vos trajets en temps réel et jusqu’à un mois à l’avance. Vous pouvez aussi réserver vos voyages consécutivement sur plusieurs jours.

Le service est ouvert à toute personne munie d’un titre de transport Tao. Vous pouvez réserver pour plusieurs personnes un même voyage.

Grâce à l’application Résa’Tao, vous pouvez :

- Vous inscrire au service
- Rechercher et réserver vos trajets pour vous déplacer sur l’ensemble des points d’arrêts de la zone
- Indiquer vos trajets favoris afin que l’application les conserve en mémoire
- Modifier ou annuler vos réservations en temps réel
- Etre informé en temps réel sur vos transports avec les notifications : confirmation de l’heure exacte de passage
- Visualiser le véhicule en approche sur votre téléphone
