Rapid Modules is the official app that allows to manage from your smartphone the Rapid FR add-on module on your car, so that driving style can be customised in real time according to your needs or simply... your mood! Thanks to the 28 settings available, Rapid FR lets you choose the best combination to get the ideal response from your car's throttle every time.
ONE FOR ALL Rapid FR is the new solution launched by Dimsport to improve the driving feeling of petrol, diesel, electric, bi-fuel and naturally aspirated vehicles: download the app and see how well it works! Rapid FR supports all types of throttle pedal signal: single, double and triple analogue, pwm and sent.
RAPID FR: THE FOUR MODES The Rapid FR module, designed and distributed by Dimsport, was born from the Italian passion that combines engines and style in an indissoluble way. The Rapid FR module does not provide increases in power and torque, but modifies the throttle pedal response, which allows you to adapt the vehicle to your style, the route or your specific needs. Thanks to 4 modes with 7 levels of control each, you can always change your setting in real time, all via Bluetooth.
- LIMIT Mode - LIMIT mode includes ECO and VALET settings. LIMIT ECO mode smooths out the powertrain to offer a more efficient ride in terms of fuel economy and during bad weather conditions. LIMIT VALET reduces the functionality of the pedal in four levels, ranging from reduced performance to total elimination of pedal action.
- CITY mode – CITY mode allows you to maintain the vehicle's response in different phases of driving in traffic, offering improved response when more power is required. The pedal response is only modified above a pre-set percentage, while partial loads remain unaffected.
- SPORT mode - SPORT mode increases the throttle response throughout the entire pedal stroke, resulting in a more aggressive engine response at the same pressure. This is recommended for vehicles lacking at low revs or to increase driving pleasure.
- RACE mode - In RACE mode, RAPID FR provides maximum response to throttle controls. The acceleration curve is brought forward so that the vehicle responds immediately with reduced pedal pressure.
PEDAL LOCK The one-click Pedal Lock feature allows you to drastically reduce throttle functionality when you want to restrict use or protect your vehicle from theft. An emergency mode is included in case you lose your phone or the battery runs out.
QUICK AND EASY INSTALLATION WITH VIDEO TUTORIAL By accessing the app, you will be guided through the Rapid FR installation process with clear and intuitive instructions. The video tutorial will show you all the information you need to install the kit, including the types of wiring on the throttle pedal and how to unhook and re-hook the connectors. The Rapid FR module can be installed in just a few minutes thanks to quality plug&play wiring.
