Security questions don't laod after new update. RBB and Khalti are competing with each other on who will be the worst app of Nepal 🤣 You guys should stop giving mobile banking services and go back to old school days. Do you even know the meaning of Mobile Banking? Every time either the app doesn't work or there's some error while making transactions. Change your name from RBB digital sansar to RBB problem sansar. You guys should pay to customers for tolerating your horrible application. 🫡

Dear rbb bank manager or CEO or anyone who can read my honest review and take action today I visit lalbandi branch it is one dirty place inside floor all dirty smell too much and employee are drinking tea while talking with costumer and what about intern student they don't know how to talk with costumer no management of anything why private is better than government when rbb was in opposite side of the road apartment it was clean this new place dirty if you received this cmt then take action
