There is a serious issue with the receipt download feature in Nepal Bank Limited mobile banking. When I tap “Download Receipt,” it does not download a proper PDF or document. Instead, the app saves a screenshot in the screenshots' folder. Because of this, the full receipt does not appear in one frame and gets split into multiple images. This causes problems when institutions require payment proof in a single image or file. We would be grateful if you could fix this issue.

The worse banking app. I transferred my money from bank account to esewa, but it's not reflecting in my esewa and the bank's customer service personnel says it needs 3-4 days to either send it to my own esewa account or return the money to my own bank account. Makes no sense. Other banks fix this problem in one single call. I don't why it takes this long for this bank. I can even share screenshot if the bank says it's not true.

Very poor app. I can't even take screenshots of my own transactions and even of my qr code. The bank should fix this problem immediately.

I can't take any payments screenshot of my own account as proof to others. Now I am facing this problem, and it made my experience worse
