I am expecting some improvement in the mobile banking facility of Citizens Bank. This bank and its mobile banking service tend to open a little late. A faster opening feature when opening mobile banking would have been a bit easier for Citizens Bank's customer representatives. All the remaining features are very good. Citizens Bank's mobile banking features 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I am a Sri Lankan. I have been using this app for more than 4 years. I use it mostly from Dubai. I have not had any problems so far. The usability of the features that a banking app should have is at a high level.

Very disappointing app experience. It takes a long time just to log in. While transferring money, I repeatedly encountered ‘internal server error’ or ‘transaction failed’ messages. I even contacted customer service through the toll-free number, but their response was rude, they simply said that their services were working fine without addressing my issue.

Doesn't work on mobile data, and it's been ages!!! VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING! If your developers don't know how to fix it asks with Nail bank's developers.
