I am expecting some improvement in the mobile banking facility of Citizens Bank. This bank and its mobile banking service tend to open a little late. A faster opening feature when opening mobile banking would have been a bit easier for Citizens Bank's customer representatives. All the remaining features are very good. Citizens Bank's mobile banking features 🙏🙏🙏🙏

If someone asked me to rate Citizens Bank, I'd give it 0/10. It has been the worst banking experience I've had. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and did not treat me with respect or respond to my concerns properly. I hope the bank improves its customer service. Branch-Damak

The worst mobile banking app I've ever used. I've used almost 10 different mobile banking apps, but this one is by far the most frustrating. It constantly keeps buffering and often won't even let me log in, despite having a strong and stable internet connection. At the same time, I can log into eSewa, Nepal SBI Bank, and Nail Bank apps from the same location using the same internet connection without any issues. The problem is clearly with this app, not my network.
