I am expecting some improvement in the mobile banking facility of Citizens Bank. This bank and its mobile banking service tend to open a little late. A faster opening feature when opening mobile banking would have been a bit easier for Citizens Bank's customer representatives. All the remaining features are very good. Citizens Bank's mobile banking features 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The app sent me a notification saying that the IRD Incentive Program is now available and instructed users to access it from the More section. However, there is no IRD Incentive Program option anywhere in the app. It is disappointing that this feature was rolled out later than in several other banking apps, yet it still appears to be unavailable or not properly integrated. If the feature has been launched, users should be able to access it as clearly stated in the notification.

The worst mobile banking app I've ever used. I've used almost 10 different mobile banking apps, but this one is by far the most frustrating. It constantly keeps buffering and often won't even let me log in, despite having a strong and stable internet connection. At the same time, I can log into eSewa, Nepal SBI Bank, and Nail Bank apps from the same location using the same internet connection without any issues. The problem is clearly with this app, not my network.

Worst experience ever. Your mobile banking app is very bad. It's hard to open from abroad. And the most important thing whenever there is renewed time, and we don't have enough balance on our account, you shouldn't close the account instead you can cut money after we put balance on our account later on. Please try to improve on this thing.
