Worst mobile banking app ever Doesn't work 5/10 times. Bank need to improve it's service they have to improve their mobile banking service. It's supposed to be a user-friendly app which helps users, but its server is horrible, I was in a Petrol pump, and I paid for the Petro but as usual it's server didn't work, and I ended up paying twice for the petrol. I had to go all the way back to the petrol pump to get the extra paid money back. Don't trust this app, put some cash as backup it will be helpful

Do not open an account or deal with Nepal Investment Mega Bank (NIMB) Jawalakhel branch. Their service is completely "khatam"! I filled out all forms for mobile banking and sent screenshots. The very next day, they carelessly lost the paperwork and demanded I visit the branch again to fill out the exact same form! They have zero internal coordination and absolute disrespect for a customer's time. Save yourself from this harassment and avoid this incompetent bank!
