Worst mobile banking app ever Doesn't work 5/10 times. Bank need to improve it's service they have to improve their mobile banking service. It's supposed to be a user-friendly app which helps users, but its server is horrible, I was in a Petrol pump, and I paid for the Petro but as usual it's server didn't work, and I ended up paying twice for the petrol. I had to go all the way back to the petrol pump to get the extra paid money back. Don't trust this app, put some cash as backup it will be helpful

I can purchase Data package, but I can't recharge the mobile numbers which are starting with (97) while at same time using other Banks's mobile banking app I can recharge without any error. I also tried using NIMB smart app of my family member's same result (Not network Fault) I have tried multiple times. This happened from 2082 Ashwin. I hope this time I will not get excuses. Thank You !
