I tried to log in with my Thiel app's credentials. It has processed all verification phone number email but at the end it says account number doesn't match with mobile number😅

Worst experience ever, the staff of the bank are so arrogant and the app of this bank work so bad, i really don't know why the banks are so unrespectful to the backward areas

I can purchase Data package, but I can't recharge the mobile numbers which are starting with (97) while at same time using other Banks's mobile banking app I can recharge without any error. I also tried using NIMB smart app of my family member's same result (Not network Fault) I have tried multiple times. This happened from 2082 Ashwin. I hope this time I will not get excuses. Thank You !
