ReadItToMe reads your incoming notifications to you - whether that's an sms message or a message from Whatsapp, Signal, Gmail, or any other app on your phone!
You don't even have to manually turn it on either - you can set it to read them to you automatically when you're connected to headphones or a specific bluetooth device (i.e. your car), totally handsfree!
* SMS messages are read free, for life. Other app notifications are free for a trial period, alongside voice reply, after which they're paid features.

I like it so much because it does help me out with a lot of my applications, but he tried his best to read me my messages in Spanish ✌️ I wish with all my heart this application never never never gets deleted because it works very well with me and my dyslexia

Same problem as others. Won't work with Bluetooth anymore. It is the only app of its kind that I have found, so I will deal with it. Does what it needs to, just wish it would activate with Bluetooth, and more importantly, deactivate when I turn my headset off... I believe security changes have made it impossible for the developer make the needed modifications.

I just now tried it again after letting it set for almost a year to see if it has been fixed, the problem I had still has not been fixed. The main problem is it works fine until you have to use Google Assistant to send a message while you are driving or engaged in other activities and then after you use Google's assistant to send a message somebody replies to that message or send you a different message read it to me will not let you reply to that message. Cannot pay to upgrade either.

Plays messages just fine, but it does not allow me to answer any of the messages even though I am trying with all the different settings to get it to work, and I find this very frustrating. I need an app that can not only read to me my messages but will allow me to respond to those messages, and so I'm continuing my look for an app that will provide that feature.
