Redwood Bike Share App seems to run OK. All submissions took only seconds for a response. The initial rental "Trip" had me authorize a credit card "Fraud Alert" first ($10 deposit) , .... or else the App will not unlock the e-bike.

Use Redwood Bike share App regularly in the Rohnert Park area. Seems to run great except when cellular service is congested. Almost got stranded at Cotati SMART Hub during a power outage, with the App on a cheap Verizon Wireless TracFone.

Map Interface is a bit confusing and weird but besides that it worked great, it was really intuitive. Only problem for me is not even the app but the low amount of stations to leave the bikes at. Hope more stations are put out soon, this service saved as I was walking home at night from my work shift. I don't mind having to walk a bit, but it'd be great if there were more stations around instead of just 6. Overall great service and good app 👍

That's it! I have had it! Every single time I try to use one of these redwood bike share it doesn't work. Last time I was able to unlock the bike, but I couldn't move the bike anywhere. This time it's 100% the fault of the app. For my trouble some guy who I think is the head of transportation gave me a coupon for three free rides that do not expire until March and the coupon does load on the app but when I tell it to proceed to The next step It glitches and says payment method is rejected! Why?

It started up ok, then required a phone number before going further. According to support there are no maps online, I have to go the app to look for maps. My reading is they want a metric register users before even figuring out whether the locations are useful. I do support bike share, but it has to be rolled out, so it can work for traveling.

This is a stupid ser up even for food stamp peeps I did it but a half an hour got me to down town as I was walking into the building my half an hour sss ending. Then they have a grid and takes away the only way ro really go from rosa to rohnert park. Even wirh bikes in rohnert park. They got to extend the half subrule at least for the needier folks cuz I left the store locked mt bike right around the block and walked 6 miles home and still can't get another one store, and I walked to no
