No real way of finding out how much a trip will cost. Honestly just a massive pain in the ass trying to remember to close off the trip. There should be some way to set a maximum time, buy the city pass, etc.

Often the app is stuck on calculating the price of the journey after hours the journey has been correctly terminated and is impossible to start a new journey

App can only work if you have roaming on to receive the confirmation text message. Why should I pay $10 to receive 1 text. OK if you have an Apple phone as you can get iMessage but Android users cannot. Most countries have the alternate option of receiving WhatsApp as an alternative.
