Very convenient to use (alongside Rejseplanen and Rejsebillet). I set it up before travelling to Denmark with my payment card, and it was very stress-free to use when there (swipe to activate at start, and swipe to deactivate at end). It needs to have power saving mode disabled, as it uses GPS and Bluetooth to track your journey, but I didn't use it for very long journeys, so not sure how much battery it uses.

I don't understand why I need a phone number to be able to buy tickets. Also, I need to give my full location data to US companies which I find not acceptable for a public service.

No real way of finding out how much a trip will cost. Honestly just a massive pain in the ass trying to remember to close off the trip. There should be some way to set a maximum time, buy the city pass, etc.

Downgrade of an app, if you accidently end your journey or the app decides to do so, it will double charge you for your journey, and they don't care at all. Use the DSB app instead. They "claim" this feature is in development to continue your trip within 30 min, but that was over 2 years ago. It costs them nothing to return your money, as you did not do that trip, but they are only caring about charging you as much as possible.
