Was told the $150 deposit goes towards purchase of $600. Told by a customer service rep that the cost was $1000 and $150 didn't apply. I have emails and texts saying the cost was $600 and the $150 went towards it. She was really rude and when I said I wanted to send it back she got hateful. I was finally able to send it back. And I should get my $150 back for how hateful and rude she was especially since I still have the proof

App will not connect to device via Bluetooth. Android 12. Pixel 6. Other Bluetooth devices connect without issue.

Crashes frequently, isn't useful. Timer is useless, diary is useless, messaging is useless. It basically just lets the company monitor your use.
