From the Administrative Staff (Lizbeth), Maintenance Team Lead Edgar, Team workers:Joshua, Diego & Jeremy have been great to & for me regarding scheduling work orders & bringing them to completion. I love the new Landscape Contractors & Trash Pickup Workers. Also, the Main Office is working together to make Chapel Hill Luxury Apts of Lewisville a pleasant & more beautiful & safe place to live & enjoy!

I cannot find my community in the app. I cannot use the app to submit Maintenance Requests. It is useless to me.

Will not let me reset my password or even set up an account. Using my email that's on file will let me in, but I have to go through the whole signing process every time. When I get the email for resetting the password, I hit the accept button, and it takes me to a blank page. If I give it my mobile number, it sends a code, and when I enter the code it just gives an error. There's a water leak in my apartment that I can't report on. Great app.

I do not seem to be able to add an existing photo when opening a service request. I can only do it from the camera on my phone when opening an issue. This is very bothersome and the web portal on my desktop browser does not seem to support that either.
