Update: I finally got it to work I went into my settings >Apps> Resident app>storage and cleared the cache and app info. It then allowed me to recreate a new sign on for the new name of apts. Also, I wasn't getting the code, but I was, it was going to spam folder. Hope this helps someone.

When I try to request services for my apartment I can't sing in or request to change my password and our username, and it won't send me a verification code.

You do not want to live in a yes community. They will lie to your face, overcharge you, and delete your reviews when they're not favorable. I was trying to contact corporate and that is how I found out that my review was deleted. When they say they have no control over whom the towing company pulls out of here, it's an outright lie. They have to sign for every car that leaves this park. They give you 4 days to do maintenance around the house regardless of the fact that is nearly 100⁰ and raining
