Totally awesome I can communicate with residents, plan and arrange appointments. I can see their feedbacks and get information on repairs needed. I can start a job and end it or reschedule for another day of week or put on hold till a resident is ready or no longer sick. I can create anual inspections or create a work order right from this app on my phone. Only glitch I've noticed is when I call the resident, the computer calling resident has sometimes called the wrong number. ⭐

Been here on site plan or smart rent since 2022 but started out with some bumps but an app that improves as users send feedback is an app that stays. Only thing I don't like is that as a maintenance supervisor I think I should be able to email my residents per building for preventative maintenance or scheduled water shutoff please 🙏 other than that good app

App does not ring my phone in the mornings. Been through every setting on my phone and all app permissions are granted. Why is it causing me to get missed calls for my job? Please look into and fix issue. Please

Please, please, please... Add a Manually "Sync" button for the android users. All my coworkers with android have to Sign Out and Sign back In for them to be able to see new task for the day. Sometimes we close tickets and they still showing up open in the computer site. We got in trouble cause task are not getting updated even that app says "Synced" Update 5/5/2026 Just got in trouble again at work cause my tickets are not getting close even that I close them. Useless app. 🤦🏽
