This is the official banking app provided by the Resona Group. It is highly recommended for customers who have bank accounts opened with the Resona Group (Resona Bank, Saitama Resona Bank, Kansai Mirai Bank, and Minato Bank).

Resona bank is likely the 4th largest bank in Japan. There's plenty of ATMs and bank's branch. It is really convenient to use as it has an English Version app. I have used it for years and had no issue with it whatsoever.

Inconvenient at times, they issue debit card with account name written in English but if you use it to transfer money online, it declines when the recipient's name was registered in Katakana etc. Why can't you get your system right, or issue a debit card with exact name written on the records. Plus, I had to pay for my money to be put back into account plus my effort going to the bank to sort it out. Tellers were confused too.
