This 2026 update is a massive improvement! The previous app was clunky and constantly lagged during simple actions. This new version is much faster, with a new redesigned UI it finally feels intuitive.

This app is absolute garbage, compared to the old one. It keeps telling me I either have no appointments or that im offline, in the middle of sessions. It does not sync easily to the website, I perfer to do my notes on the computer, but I can't sync it to the website without filling in my session note. And without syncing the note my data doesn't appear either.

I like the new features, but it is far too slow when loading between screens, and it can be confusing to navigate when switching between data collection and note-taking. Even switching between more information on the programs can be confusing. There is also more of a tendency to be logged out, which can prompt logging back in multiple times. Multiple drafts of data collection can be created if not careful as it needs to be done within the appointment details menu each time. App crashes frequently

There are numerous bugs that exist across platforms such as; data deleting itself, individual targets refuse to drop from their programs after selecting them in the cog options for the program, targets just randomly disappearing from the tech's view of the programs, and the data just refusing to save at the end of a session. They do not have bugged reporting/support in-app, you have to go to their website. Their representatives will tell you that bugs don't exist after weeks of problems.
