Return and Earn is the rewarding way to recycle your bottles and cans for 10 cents each. You can receive a digital payment straight to your bank account, track how much you earn or donate your refunds all through the Return and Earn app. It makes recycling more convenient and rewarding than ever before.
YOUR MONEY, YOUR RULES
Simply scan your app barcode and start returning eligible containers to watch your earnings grow. The app is your Return and Earn account, enabling you to choose what you would like to do with your refunds. You can directly transfer your earnings into either your bank account or PayPal, store digital vouchers to redeem for cash or purchases at your nearest supermarket or you can donate to charity.

Visit the map to find your nearest return point. Remember to save your favourite location for quick access every time you want to return your containers. Be sure to check the opening hours, live status of the machines and directions before you go.

Love this app. It makes recycling so convenient. I can transfer the funds straight into my bank account rather than dealing with the barcoded receipts. I'd love to see more achievements but overall this is an excellent, easy to use app.

Return and Earn is a great program that encourages social responsibility by letting people collect and refund bottles, cans, and drink containers. Many people gather plastic bottles, cans, and glass bottles to get refunds. I used to feel the same way, so instead of taking cash, I would usually buy something with the refund. But once I started using the app and getting the refund directly into my bank account, it became so much easier! Highly recommended!

Very easy once you've set up app. Never one to recycle!! Now realizing how easy it is to return and earn. Drive in, put in recycled bin, in machine. Voucher or Bank transfer. Done!!! So simple.👍

Had a terrible time getting my refund. The staff stuffed up the scanning of app info and docket slip for bottles dropped off for processing. I had to return the next day and complain and got copies of my processed bottles. Because the scanning process failed I had to email head office to arrange a refund. The contact details staff give me where incorrect that caused a delay in my refund. After I used the email on the app within a few days I finally got my money.

Information about the status of the machines needs SERIOUS UPDATING. As of yesterday it says the North Wollongong 0526 machine is open but TWO ARE CLOSED, ONE IS ONLY OPEN FOR GLASS AND THE OTHER ONE LEFT IS THE ONLY ONE OPEN!!! Why not say how full the machines are and how many are really open, or not, instead of making several wasted trips???? The machine at the Hellenic Club, Figtree, is far more reliable than this (North Wollongong and Fig tree the closest machines to me).
