The rewards will not let you apply them for an online order. I cannot redeem my reward points.

The new way of accumulating rewards points is a pain in the buttocks. You have to have your phone on you and remember to get a code and give it to the wait person when ordering. If you forget, you get no points. There is no card registration, so nothing is automatic. You can't even scan your receipt for credit like the old app allowed. The new method is a big step backwards, and will cost a lot of customers reward points, and generate a fair amount of animosity.

App changes aren't the best. Can't favorite a store anymore. Can't get a meal using the points. Have to use more points to get a lower discount. 2k points for $10 off or 4k for $20 off instead of the old 1.5k points for a two meat combo meal. Very disappointed in the way things have changed recently. The app seems slower and always asks to add additional items to my order. Quit! I add what I want and don't want additional items each time I put something in.

Today was a disappointment. Asked for sliced brisket got fatty chopped. Asked for it to be cut in half. Wasn't done. Assumed bbq sauce came with the order. I guess I should have asked. Sometimes it's okay, today was not that day. They asked these questions in the app, so I answered them. If you want happy people then read the ticket. It went through 3 people's hands to get to me WRONG today.
