The app keeps crashing and when you are on a call if it crashes you are marked as canceling the call. This will lower your percentage, and now it's telling me that my percentage is too low, and I'm being punished for the app crashing. I now need to wait 5 days before I am allowed to take more calls.

Trying to sign up as a driver. Email and phone number have both been registered and verified but the app will not allow me to sign in. I've tried everything but there are literally no options on the app until you get past the sign-in page. This is so frustrating. Can anyone help!?
