The feature for buying tickets and planning shuttles with Connect is extremely convenient and worth way more than $3. Saves me a bike ride AND I can bring my bike with on a bike rack!? A(+)awesome

... I lied. They are 10 buses short, not 5...! Don't use this service for the State Fair! We waited 40 minutes to get on a bus there and had a three-hour wait to get home. Whoever is planning and running the logistics for the 2026 State Fair is failing miserably. It's crazy as hell. There is a half-mile-long line to get on a bus. They are about 5 buses short of what is required to service the people in the area!!!!

Basically all the drivers I have come across never use their eyes, like I order one, they pass me and park somewhere else, I try to walk to them, they drive away without looking if they see who ordered the ticket, like it's really frustrating, so I'll just pay the more expensive Uber since at least they will look around and see if I'm actually present instead of driving off, fire all the drivers, because I've had nothing but bad experiences

Lately when I try to book a ride, the app or map doesn't recognize my address, and it gives me someone else's! Then I have to call customer service to get one booked! Then I have to pay cash when I get on the bus. Even though I have purchased tickets in my account! Which is another inconvenience, finally this new app is supposed to help with long wait times, WRONG! There were times when I waited up to 40 minutes! Then your driver doesn't even apologize!

The driver for to connect bus was rude and yelled at me. All I did was walk on board when he opened the door and went to sit down when he asked me my name. Once I told him my name, he yelled at me that he was now on break and got off his bus.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
