Had a cab in less than 5 mins, during a rainstorm!! Great cab company, but this app stepped it up a notch...downloaded the app while my bff was on hold waiting for a cab...enter your name and address and BAM had a cab (and description of car) within 4 mins! Thanks, Seaman Car Service :-)

Bait and switch. They show you the same price for cash and credit card. When you arrive, they boost the price if you choose card payment. My ride showed $60 on app with card payment in car. Driver said no when we arrived, and he called Seaman, and they said to add $23 more because of card payment over cash. Bad business. Will never use this scam company again.

Horrible service. Used to call this company all the time before uber/lyft service was popular. Such a shame to see how unprofessional they have become as a car service.
