Thank you very much very helpful gesture Tesco It cost me £10 to put a bundle on my pay as you phone in which the bundle didn't activate, I had to put a further £10 on to buy a different bundle. I called up and was given my normal bundle. The gesture was £9.70, but I have to spend £10 extra to get my full £10 back only for me to spend on a £15 bundle, and I'll then be left £5 unsustainable in my account Thanks again

App says my rocket pack Tesco number isn't a rocket pack number and won't send activation code, the other Tesco mobile app just sits there formlessly waiting for an activation code that never arrives.

Don't like the update having to put my phone number in all the time to top up you didn't have to do anything like this before please put it back to how it was
