Worst hotel.booking app. Booked a hotel 1 day prior to coming to the destination. They confirmed the booking and when i went to hotel , hotel guy told me that the hotel is full. Roomstonite even didnt took the initiative to find a new property fr me . Worst exp. And this is nt the first time i had faced this situation , Last time when i was in goa same situation was repeated . Will warn you guys to comfirm.if you book any hotel through this app.

Fraud App My booking ID was : RT114142 It is worst hotel booking app. I tried this app for first time & booked room using it & after I reached at hotel they told me that the rooms are not available in hotel so we have to cancel your booking and we will refund your money, This is how their system works, so it is better to stick with Goibibo for hotel bookings.
