They don't let you make split payments towards the actual mortgage. This was a big factor in managing resources when I was with RM, and it helped us a lot. Took a real big step back here when RPM took over.

App is extremely buggy. Fingerprint login does not work. Makes you reset password constantly. The user experience is very poor and frustrating to use. It needs to be updated and fixed.

Absolute trash. Unable to login due to disabling password manager autofill and password paste. The 90s called, they want to know why your "security policy" is from the dawn of the internet?

Can't use anymore after my password reset. I use a password manager, so I KNOW the info I am entering is correct (I can log into to website just fine but mobile app keeps error).
