RoundTally: Window Round Book

RoundTally is a round book for window cleaners who work a regular route. Open it in the morning and today's houses are already lined up in your order, on the map and in the list. Tick a house off, take the money, and your day's takings climb as you go.

No account. No subscription. Your customer list lives on your phone, not on someone else's server.

TODAY'S ROUND
- Today's houses in your order, with map pins and list always in sync
- Tick a house done, then log the payment: cash, bank transfer, or owed
- A satisfying coin sound every time money comes in
- Rained off? Push the house to next visit. Your schedule stays intact

YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOUR SCHEDULE
- Set a frequency per customer: every 4, 6 or 8 weeks, or type your own
- The next visit counts from the last day you cleaned, so if you ran late, the clock restarts from the day you actually went
- Overdue houses stay on the list until they're done. No nagging, just the facts

MONEY OWED
- Every "I'll pay you next time" goes straight into one book
- See who owes what and for how many weeks, and take part payments
- End-of-day summary on one screen: houses done, cash, transfers, and what's still owed

HANDY EXTRAS
- Heads-up texts open your messaging app with the message already written (message text is in UK English for your customers)
- Auto-sort the route for houses with a pin on the map, and raise prices for everyone or one area at a time
- Weekly and monthly income stats, plus your unpaid rate
- Pick the currency for your book in settings (pounds, euros, dollars and more)
- The morning notification shows only how many houses are due and today's total. No customer names or addresses on your lock screen
- Built for the job: one-handed use, big buttons, readable in full sun

IT'S ALL YOURS
- No account, no sign-up, no servers of ours. Today's round, payments and the book work without signal
- Export your full list to CSV or JSON any time
- Import from a spreadsheet or another app in seconds
- The only things that use the internet are the map tiles and pinning addresses to the map

ROUNDTALLY PRO (one-time purchase, not a subscription)
- Text every customer who owes you at once, with their name and amount filled in
- Send visit reminders to tomorrow's houses in one go, and rain-off texts on wet days
- Reword the texts in your own voice, add a signature, and send bank details
- Get an evening alert when a debt passes the number of weeks you set
- Mark transfers as paid for several customers at once while you check your banking app
- Receipt PDFs per customer and a yearly income PDF for your taxes

Everything you use today stays free. Today's round, payments, money owed and export will never be locked. Your customer list is your business. RoundTally just keeps it in your pocket.

Recent changes:
1.3.0: addresses now land on the map

Fixed a bug on Android where typing in an address didn't drop a pin on the map. For customers you've already saved, tap Find again on their card and the pin shows up.

Address search now looks in your round's area first, so a street name shared by several towns lands in your neighborhood.

On the Owed screen, tap the speech bubble next to a customer to text them. With Pro, your bank details are filled in for you.

Everything you already use stays free.
