UX is not appealing. The application is simple and easy to use. The booking process is super simple and the vehicle location update is very useful. I liked the simplicity of the application.

Their helpdesk people & Admin don't want to work it seems, if you call or go to Helpdesk to book cab urgently no one will help you quickly.

Every bad because .the automated ETA is worse than anything that I have seen before better work in the backend to change this worst part my shift starts in the morning 8am The cab comes at 5:30 to 5:50am who the hell designed it -- please talk to them and make it better
