Overall it is good, just some issues that need to be fixed. Like some time the app is closed automatically. And new logo is not clearly visible, color combination of new logo is very bad.

If driver not pickup the employee kindly provide the access to the driver to cancel options or voice note or application chat options why because sometimes not able to connect with driver to employee or employee to driver via that contact number

Please provide the option to update the safe drop option before submitting the rating for the driver. It will be great if we first get the pop-up for safe drop first just like the driver rating.

Using this app for the office's cab booking and tracking. The app is reliable and works smoothly without any crashes. Although the design is not appealing and could be improved however the working & functionalities are good.

1. Not very smooth, clunky design. 2. bad interface & bad UX 3. Keeps asking for location permission again and again even after denying it several times. 4. even if the location permission is given the accuracy is horrible, very very very inaccurate. 5. map does not get updated automatically, need to close & reopen the app to update the map.
