Updated 22-6-26.UI is improved but still dark mode issue exists as last time. Till 11/05/2026 when phone was in dark mode, app UI was working fine in dark mode by default. After update dark mode is not looking well. Texts colors are not good. Unable to see the texts. Please fix this. Or else add a dark and light mode option. It would be very good.

Overall it is good, just some issues that need to be fixed. Like some time the app is closed automatically. And new logo is not clearly visible, color combination of new logo is very bad.

Pathetic interface keeps on crashing asking for feedback on last ride whenever you try to get otp or track cab.

1. Not very smooth, clunky design. 2. bad interface & bad UX 3. Keeps asking for location permission again and again even after denying it several times. 4. even if the location permission is given the accuracy is horrible, very very very inaccurate. 5. map does not get updated automatically, need to close & reopen the app to update the map.

The shuttle menu has a lot of potential to improve. We have to scroll through the routes to pick the required route. Filters can be added at the top for Pickup/drop and the origin/destination locations. An option to save frequently used/favorite trips is desirable. The QR scanning feature should give clear feedback to the user when scanning is successful. All these will help improve the user experience.
