Disappointed I have to go back to cards online to allow download of the statements, it worked previously so why not now? Error message is "something went wrong"

Can't actually do anything useful with this app. I can't add a card or make a payment to it. Utterly pointless waste of time.

No more use than a paper statement. I can't see my recent credit card transactions, which is the main / only reason for the app. Why it has to be a separate app from the RBS app just makes another layer of user hostility.

Very poorly updated app. Balance never updates. With today's technology come on RBS get a grip

A pain to use. Shows you the least relevant information first. They sometimes fix bugs, but every update comes with new bugs. Now I can't open my transactions! Ridiculous.
